      一、學校簡介

      北京工業大學創建于1960年,是一所以工為主,工、理、經、管、文、法、藝術、教育相結合的多科性市屬重點大學。1981年成為國家教育部批準的第一批碩士學位授予單位,1985年成為博士學位授予單位,1996年通過國家“211工程預審,正式跨入國家二十一世紀重點建設的百所大學的行列。20179月,學校正式進入國家一流學科建設高校行列。在2020QS世界大學排行榜中,學校位居中國內地第32名。

      凝練特色交叉協同構建高水平、多層次的一流學科建設體系

      學校圍繞北京技術創新行動計劃等經濟社會發展重大需求,根據自身特色優勢,重點布局現代城市建設與環境工程一流學科群,直接推動核心學科、帶動支撐學科和輻射學校其他主體學科,促進學校學科建設水平的跨越式發展。通過學科交叉融合以及基礎學科、藝術、教育、經管等人文社科類學科的深度協同,形成了一流工科、優勢理科、特色文管、精品藝術的學科建設新格局。

      戰略科學家

      1.在相關領域做出系統、創造性成就和重大貢獻,學術水平為國內外學術界公認的資深學者專家。

      2.年齡一般不超過65周歲。

      聘任崗位:聘任為一級教授、博導,支持組建團隊。

      薪酬待遇:不低于150萬元。

      科研經費:提供科研啟動和平臺建設經費,理工類最高1000萬,人文社科或經管類最高300萬。

      生活待遇:提供150平米左右永久性住房,協助解決配偶工作、子女入學等。

      領軍人才

      1.教學成果和教育質量突出,在學生培養方面有突出貢獻的專家學者;學術造詣高深,在學科領域具有重要影響、科學研究取得國內外同行公認的重要成就、具有較強領導能力帶領團隊協同攻關的領軍人才。

      2.年齡一般不超過55周歲。

      聘任崗位:聘任為二級教授、博導,支持組建團隊。

      薪酬待遇:不低于100萬元。

      科研經費:提供科研啟動和平臺建設經費,理工類最高500萬,人文社科或經管類最高150萬。

      生活待遇:提供120平米左右永久性住房,協助解決配偶工作、子女入學等。

      卓越人才

      1.在相關領域獲得較高學術成就、創新發展潛力大、具有協助本學科趕超或保持國際先進水平能力的優秀青年學術帶頭人。

      2.理工類一般不超過42周歲,人文社科或經管類一般不超過45周歲。

      聘任崗位:聘任為四級教授、博導,支持組建團隊。

      薪酬待遇:不低于60萬元。

      科研經費:提供科研啟動和平臺建設經費,理工類最高150萬,人文社科或經管類最高50萬。

      生活待遇:提供60平米左右周轉住房,協助解決子女入學等。

      優秀人才

      1.已取得突出成果的優秀科研人員、博士后、博士(具體標準可咨詢)。

      2.理工類一般不超過35周歲,人文社科或經管類一般不超過38周歲。

      聘任崗位:聘任為校聘教授、博導。

      薪酬待遇:不低于35萬元。

      科研經費:提供科研啟動和平臺建設經費,理工類最高100萬,人文社科或經管類最高30萬。

      生活待遇:提供50萬住房津貼,協助解決子女入學等。

      Creating a High-level Multi-tiered Discipline Structure with Distinctive Features and Cross Collaboration

      Guided by the major demands of Beijing’s economic and social development, and in light of its own characteristics and advantages, BJUT pursues the leapfrog development of its disciplines by placing a great emphasis on its world-class disciplinary cluster of Modern Urban Construction and Environmental Engineering, while strengthening painstakingly its core disciplines and supporting disciplines. Through the cross-disciplinary integration and collaboration, BJUT creates a new discipline layout featuring top engineering disciplines, preponderant science disciplines, distinctive humanities and management disciplines, and exquisite art disciplines.

      No less than 1.5 million RMB.

      Permanent housing of about 150 square meters; assistance in the arrangement of spouse’s job and children’s education, etc.

      Leading Experts

      1. Experts and scholars who excel in teaching and education with outstanding contributions in student cultivation; leading expert who has obtained great influence and widely recognized research achievements in relevant fields as well as strong leadership capabilities.

      No less than 600,000 RMB.
